I did not have breakfast in the morning. But ate some pasta at the restaurant and it was tasty. Staff were absolutely friendly, helpful and welcoming which really sets the tempo for the stay. Nothing beats good customer service and Estrel for me got it on point. My room was so perfectly designed and decorated. Loved the decor and come on, you need a good shower. I could have stayed in the shower for hours. Now, for the bed. Having a good comfortable bed is essential. A good night comfortable sleep is a must. You can’t enjoy without good sleep. I slept perfectly like a cat. Thank you Estrel.

The hotel itself is large, beautiful, and has many comfortable areas. The staff is also very friendly and polite. It’s not my first time in Berlin, but it’s my first time staying at this hotel — and it was the best experience so far. I’ll definitely come back here again 😍 My room was so amazing that I almost didn’t want to go anywhere😅
